The ethnic breakdown of our current participants is 65% from African/Caribbean heritage and 35% from Asian heritage.
Challenges faced by young people in our communities
41% of our participants experience barriers to progression. These barriers include living in an area of low social mobility, low income, poor mental health, behavioural emotional or social difficulties and low educational attainment.
